BATHROOM RENOVATION

ALBERTON RESIDENCE

We carried out a full ensuite construction and ﬁtout to a previous dining room space.

In preparation, the old timber ﬂoorboard and joists were removed and new underﬂoor drainage laid.
A new concrete ﬂoor was poured and new stud walls built and installed. The existing sash window was removed and bricked up and a new linier window installed to the new bathroom.

Once all the ﬁrst ﬁx plumbing and electrical was completed, the two existing solid walls were re-rendered and new walls sheeted in preparation for the tiling to begin.

All ﬁxtures, accessories and show screen were installed completing the project.

DEMOLITION

Removal of all existing ﬂoorboards, joists and sash window.

FIRST FIX

Installation of brick work to existing window location, concrete ﬂoors, stud walls, gyprock and linear window.

PLUMBING

Running all required plumbing for reconﬁgured space.

second fix

Installation of all new ﬁxtures and ﬁttings - vanity, taps, toilet, towel rails, shower screen etc.
