The original layout needed updating and adjusting to better use the space. To create this, sections of the concrete slab had to be removed to replace the underfloor plumbing. All hot and water pipes were chased in to the walls and once all the first fix plumbing and electrical was completed, all walls were then re-rendered in preparation for the tiling to start.
Once the tiling was completed, all fixtures, shower screens and accessories were installed and the transformation was complete ready for use.
